cancellation/booking policy
Clients are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
In order to secure your booking, I require a $50 deposit per treatment to be bank transferred and proof or receipt to be sent to myself within 24 hours of making the booking. Please mind that your time slot is not held until the deposit is paid.
This deposit is deducted from your treatment price, so it’s not an additional cost! All deposits are non refundable but given enough notice as above then the deposit can be used as a credit towards another service.
If you are paying with a gift voucher you have received, it must be presented on the day otherwise it is non usable towards the treatment received that day. If you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment it will have to be done 48 hours before your appointment or the voucher will become void. If you do not show up for your appointment the voucher will also then become void. If you are paying with AfterPay you will need to apply via their website BEFORE coming in to pay. In order to make the process faster for us both, please make sure you have their app on your phone when paying in store. First payment will be taken out of your account that day, so please make sure you have available founds fora quarter of the full price. Then you pay for your service over 4 easy instalments due every 2 weeks.

Does it hurt?
Everyone had a different pain thresh hold but it is really just a slight scratch feeling.I apply 2 different anesthetics, before and during the procedure.
Do you measure brows before you start?
I use a measuring tool called caliper to get equal symmetry in your brows before I start tattooing. Once I have finished measuring, I draw the shape with a pencil. I allow you to have a good look to make sure you are happy with the shape or in case you want to alter anything before we start tattooing.
Who CANNOT get a cosmetic tattoo?
- People under the age of 18 - Ladies who are pregnant- People on blood thinner medications or ROACCUTANE- People who had Botox or lip fillers less than 2 weeks prior- Ladies with Eczema, skin irritation or infection
How long does a cosmetic tattoo last?
A cosmetic tattoo should last 2-3 years. Eyeliner tattoo can last up to 5 years. However, everyone skin takes to the pigment differently and the results may differ for each individual. Some people fade sooner than others.

How do you know what colour to use?
I match the pigment to your brow hair colour which we will discuss during the appointment.
